Founded in 2014, Tongyeong Dream Orchestra is a youth orchestra education program that aims to promote a healthy, positive and stimulating environment and integration of children through music, based on Venezuela's El Sistema philosophy.

Through orchestral education centered on collaboration and mutual learning, we provide a variety of opportunities to cultivate the self-esteem and community character of participating children and to grow bright and healthy through music.
