Receive your ticket

Receive your ticket: Customers who have booked their tickets by phone may collect their tickets at the Ticket Box (open one hour prior to all events). Please show your ID and reservation number.

Please note that

Latecomers

If you arrive late for the start of a concert, we will assist you to find your seat as soon as possible. To avoid any disturbance to fellow audiences and artists we may have to ask you to wait until intermission time. For the latecomers, we do not offer any ticket changes or refund services.

Age restriction

hildren age 6 and older are welcome at our concert if they are accompanied by an adult. For younger children we offer special children’s performances.

티켓 취소 및 변경 마감시간

관람일 하루 전 오후 5시 이후 취소 불가
(단, 관람일이 일요일인 경우 관람일 전 토요일
오전 11시까지 취소가능)

관람일 당일 및 마감시간 이후는 취소 및 변경 불가

예매한 티켓의 변경은
동일한 공연/등급/좌석 수/할인종류/
가격에 해당하는 다른 좌석으로 수수료 없이 가능

티켓 취소 수수료

결제수단이 무통장입금일 경우 예매 일은 입금 일이 아닌 공연예약일 기준으로
하여 취소수수료 부과

무통장입금으로 결제한 내역에 대한 취소는 예매자명의 계좌정보를 입력한 뒤
해당 계좌로 환불

환불소요기간 : 결제 방법에 따라 최대 14일 이내에 환불
