Customers who have booked their tickets by phone may collect their tickets at the Ticket Box (open one hour prior to all events). Please show your ID and reservation number.
If you arrive late for the start of a concert, we will assist you to find your seat as soon as possible. To avoid any disturbance to fellow audiences and artists we may have to ask you to wait until intermission time. For the latecomers, we do not offer any ticket changes or refund services.
Age restrictionhildren age 6 and older are welcome at our concert if they are accompanied by an adult. For younger children we offer special children’s performances.
