Another quest for essence of music is about to launch. In succession of last Spring, Autumn Season of Tongyeong International Music Festival 2006 will come strike the hearts of audiences.
To all music lovers' joy and reverence, reputational soloists are invited to the stage of
Tongyeong Arts Center, celebrating Gyeongnam International Music Competition being approved
to join the membership of Wolrd Federation under UNESCO. Vioilist Richard Yongjae O'Neill,
Ma'alot Quintett, and St. Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra will pay a meaningful visit to
the slate of blue seashore, after a long travel from United States, Germany, and Russia.
Mozart's 250th and Shostakovich's 100th anniversary will again be spotlighted. Ensemble
TIMF will always be standing on the forefront as a host to welcome all other artists, and
bright and young cellists will come and dream of the second Julie Albers.
Where there are fresh flavors from sea and ornamented scents of music, there is a great
stage of Tongyeong International Music Festival. Enjoy and do not leave your regrets behind!
