H. Judgment

years. The decisions of the Jury are final.
Competitors must not communicate with member(s) of the Jury, as this may affect judgment of the latter,
after the 1st Stage has started. Any competitor who fails to comply with this rule will be disqualified.
Similarly any member of Jury who violates this rule jeopardizes his/her students.
